👋 Hi there! I'm Akshay – professor, tech leader, entrepreneur, consultant... and firm believer that work should be more than just a grind. Sure, balancing customer needs with a happy team is always a challenge, but that's what makes it fun, right?
My approach? Leave things better than I found them. Whether I'm digging into processes, tweaking strategy, or building a stronger team culture, I'm all about finding solutions that make your workplace hum. Because when people are happy and engaged, productivity soars.
When I'm not working for clients, you'll find me on my balcony making a sawdust mess as an amateur woodworker, playing shortstop in my (mediocre) beer league, or long-sufferingly cheering on the Toronto teams (Go Leafs, Raps, and Jays!).
